Project Description:

While in post-secondary school I took a Content development internship at Embreate, focusing on script writing and creative development for multiple web series including “Future Now” Season 2 and supporting the award-winning “What If” series.

Mission:

Contributing to Embreate’s vision of building stronger global communities through story-driven content, while developing compelling narratives for their sci-fi and educational web series.

Project Goals:

– Master collaborative studio production processes and workflows
– Develop strong scriptwriting skills for sci-fi and educational content
– Learn to integrate scientific concepts with engaging storytelling
– Gain experience in multi-stage creative development and feedback cycles
– Contribute meaningfully to an established web series’ narrative development
– Understand how to maintain consistent tone across episodic content

I mainly served as a script writer for season 2 of “What If”. I can’t share the scripts as they’re all in development currently. However, here’s an excerpt of a rough video I developed to present one of my script ideas.
