Recently I ran into some drama that I really wish I could just factory reset lol. pls take me back to simpler times where the only thing I had to worry about was what I was gonna eat for lunch and what girl I was gonna be rejected by next.
I can’t be the only kid who used to risk tearing an acl trying to turn on a computer using my toe under the desk/

I was talking to my professor and we we’re debating about 21st century culture. He said that 21st century culture is merely just watching the 20st century in HD. I said, don’t be so naïve prof, at the very least we’re watching that shit in 3D Ultra AVX.

Update (06-16-22): It just occurred to me that this painting is 1000% subconsciously inspired by Frida Kahlo’s ‘Diego On My Mind” (1943). I’m amazed at how that happened the similarities are uncanny af. Carl jung would be having a field day rn.

I’m basically a modern postmodernist lol, someone who talks a lot of shit about everything and anything on the internet, but never offers up much of a solution.
With all this shittalking I do it may surprise some to know that I’m more or less usually pretty happy. I think when it comes down to it, it’s because of my relationships. No matter what happens with me I just know I always got my gang to support me. I’m super lucky to have found a passion at such a young age but at the end of the day passion means nothing if you don’t have people to share it with. That may seem counter-intuitive, but I believe if you are passionate about something it should be a given that you should have no shame in sharing it with the world.
For example, If you feel like it’s your calling to make art but you don’t share any art with the world around you can you really say it’s you calling? In the eyes of everyone else you are not an artist, so you may as well just not be one.
I think this shows two things. 1. Do not stress about your passion because it is meaningless. A passion is really just anything your proud of. And 2. Relationships reign supreme. I am proud to show my art to my friends only because I’m proud to call them my friends.
